DESCRIPTION:Holly Martis McCarroll will lead the group through the Forest Bathing.  She is a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide with training in CPR and Wilderness First Aid. “I lead mindful walks in forests and parks that foster calm\, reflection\, and renewal.”Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku\, or “taking in the forest atmosphere\,” I guide experiences that invite people to engage their senses\, be fully present\, and deepen their connection with the natural world. \nJoin us for a presentation & refreshments in the pond house after the walk. \nPlease email:  librarian@caldwellpl.org  to reserve your spot.
