Our Annual Spring Cleanup Was a Success!

Community Volunteers Assist With Our Annual Spring Cleanup!

A few sprinkles did not deter over 60 community volunteers from helping us with our annual spring cleanup!  On Saturday, April 23, 2016, volunteers of all ages walked our trails picking up debris, picked up rakes and shovels to spread top soil, and got down on their hands and knees to weed our gardens.

Their spirit and enthusiasm was not hampered by the weather and it was a great kickoff to the projects the Conservancy has planned!  A very hearty thank you to Coldwell Banker for supplying coffee and doughnuts to start us off!  The Conservancy relies on volunteers to assist us in various projects around the park and without the community’s support we would not have the manpower to be as successful as we are.  THANK YOU!
